Plans and billing

• Recurring plans are billed monthly by auto-pay and run on an annual term.
• The annual term is what lets us waive the startup fee on the $0-to-start offer.
• You may cancel anytime after the first year. We'll confirm cancellation in writing.
• Prices shown are current published prices and may change with notice for future terms.

Pricing accuracy

Plan prices are firm. À-la-carte and specialty prices shown as “from” are starting points; the final price is confirmed at a no-charge inspection and provided to you in writing before any work begins. A published “from” price is not a binding quote.

Our guarantee

The Pest-Free Promise and refund terms are described on our guarantee page. Those are the terms we honor.

Service and access

• You agree to provide safe access to the property for scheduled visits.
• Treatments are performed by licensed technicians per product labels and applicable law.
• Results vary with conditions; we'll always tell you honestly what to expect.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service at issue. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
