This policy explains what BeastPest(“we,” “us”) collects when you use this website and our services, and how we use it. We keep this short and plain on purpose.
What we collect
- Information you give us — your name, email, phone, ZIP or address, and anything you type into a form when you request service, join a waitlist, or contact us.
- Automatic data — basic analytics about how you use the site (pages viewed, device, approximate location) via the tools listed below.
How we use it
- To respond to you, schedule service, and provide your plan.
- To process payments and subscriptions through our payment provider.
- To measure and improve our marketing, including ad performance.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand site usage and measure advertising. These tools may set cookies and collect usage data. If you're served ads, you'll see a consent banner where required, and you can opt out through your browser or the providers' own controls.
Payments
Plan signups are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers; payment details are handled by the provider under their own security standards.
Sharing
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (scheduling, payments, analytics) and when required by law.
