BeastPest started with a frustration most homeowners share: every pest company hides its prices behind a “free quote,” then sends a salesperson to talk you into the most expensive plan. We thought that was backwards.

So we built the opposite. The prices are on the website. You can pick a plan and book without ever talking to a closer. And when a technician shows up, it's the same person each time — someone who learns your home instead of reading a script.

We're local to the North Shore on purpose. We know which towns flood with mosquitoes in July, which blocks fight the alley rats every winter, and which old foundations let the ants in every spring. That knowledge is hard to fake from a call center three states away.
